Nick Weise

VP & Principal, Rightsize Facility

As VP & dealer principal, Nick Weise launched Rightsize’s Detroit office and has spent the past six years building Rightsize’s team and presence in the Michigan market, with offices in Southfield, Detroit and Grand Rapids. He’s focused heavily on business development and building strategic partnerships with the commercial real estate community to bring their turn-key value-add solution to commercial clients in transition. Nick brings 15 years of experience in planning, furnishing and servicing workplaces that have helped Rightsize expand nationwide not only planning new facilities but also decommissioning millions of square feet of office space as companies adapt to the changing need for real estate.
Nick studied Nuclear Engineering & Biology at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor where he was actively involved in the university bands, fraternity and philanthropy. His balanced background in both highly technical and wellness/wellbeing areas of study have translated well into the world of creating efficient, supportive places to live, work and play. He has always given generously of his time and resources, volunteering with Mott Children's Hospital, Habitat for Humanity, Life Remodeled and others. He serves on the board of several Detroit non-profits and has helped many others grow by working with them to raise money, create workplaces that attract talent and gathering spaces that support their efforts to work with the communities they serve.
Nick is an active member of the Detroit Athletic Club, Building Owner & Managers Association (BOMA) of Metro Detroit, The Players Club, Leaders for Kids, Boy Scouts of America, The UofM Band and Alumni Associations, Detroit Regional Chamber and others.
